This gives the bulk bags a somewhat ‘inflated’ look, with the sides tending to bow outwards. In many instances this is not an issue but where you need to make sure that you get the most number of bags into a limited space this can create problems. The answer to this is the Baffle Bulk Bag – Simply put, these FIBCs or Q Bags, are manufactured with sections of lightweight material stitched into the sides to reinforce the bags structural integrity. The result is that these types of bulk bag retain their square shape and do not bow outwards when filled.
